Nothing About Us, Without Us!

Disabled people have been used as props in other people’s stories for too long. Props No More follows disabled journalists, actors, filmmakers and creators around the world as they confront harmful media stereotypes and build a new model of representation — one led by disabled people themselves.

Fixing the Frame

Props No More is a feature-length documentary about disabled mediamakers across the globe taking matters into their own hands to change the stereotypical and harmful narrative around disability in the media. However, they struggle to be heard by mainstream audiences. Overcoming the barriers, their contributions benefit all of society.

Props No More is currently in post production and will be released early 2027. Trailer coming soon.
